Billing is being built. The description below is what it will do, not a screen you can use today.
What this will be
Billing will bring your subscription, usage and invoicing into one place, including the invoices that result from orders.
Status
The invoicing building blocks exist within the commerce work (see Orders) and are being re-parented into this Billing area. Full instructions land when billing is wired into the workspace (CX-5).
