Account & organisation
Your account, your organisation, and how they relate in Isolde.
Your account vs your organisation
Isolde keeps two ideas separate:
- Your account — you, identified by your email address. You sign in with a one-time code; there is no password.
- An organisation — the workspace for a company or producer. Your account is a member of one or more organisations.
Everything you do in Isolde happens inside the organisation you have open. If you work with several organisations, you choose which to open when you sign in.
Your account menu
The account menu at the bottom of the left sidebar shows the email and name you are signed in as, and is where you sign out. See the workspace tour.
Managing the organisation and team — in development
Creating organisations, inviting and removing team members, and changing roles from inside the workspace are in development. Today these are handled during onboarding and administration rather than self-serve in the app. See Settings & team for what is planned, and Creating an account for how access is provisioned in the meantime.
Your data
Isolde holds only the information needed to run your workspace. The product does not capture audience behavioural data today; any future audience features will be consent-based and explained before they are switched on. See Audience insights & data.
