Workspace tour
Find your way around the Isolde workspace and learn how to sign out.
Once you are signed in, you land in your organisation's workspace. This page explains what you see and how to get around.
The layout
- Left sidebar — the main navigation. It lists the areas of your workspace and can be collapsed to leave more room for content. At the bottom is your account menu, showing the email and name you signed in with.
- Main area — fills the rest of the screen and shows the section you have selected.
The sections in the sidebar
Your workspace is organised into these sections. They are the home for the features Isolde is building. Today each one shows an "in development" message describing what is coming, so you can see the shape of the product as it takes form:
| Section | What it will hold |
|---|---|
| Events | Your event-first workspace — productions, performances, ticketing and the live show. This is your workspace home. |
| Audience | A first-party audience view, segmentation and lifecycle growth. |
| Insights | Analytics, consented sector benchmarks and demand-based pricing. |
| Media library | Reusable media, with projection and videomapping output. |
| Billing | Subscription, usage and invoicing. |
| Settings | Workspace settings and your team. |
See each section's page in this guide for details and its roadmap link.
Signing out
Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar and select Sign out. This ends your workspace session and returns you to the public landing page.
Signing out does not always require a fresh code to come back. Your Isolde sign-in can remain active in the background after you leave the workspace; while it is, selecting Sign in again re-opens your workspace without a new code. A new one-time code is asked for only once that sign-in has expired, or when you sign in on a new browser or device. See Signing in again.
