Some people work with more than one organisation on Isolde — for example a producer who runs programmes for several companies. If your account belongs to more than one organisation, Isolde asks you to choose which one to open after you sign in.

Step by step

1. Sign in with your one-time code.
2. If you belong to more than one organisation, the Choose an organisation screen lists the organisations you are a member of.
3. Select the organisation you want to work in. Isolde opens that organisation's workspace.

If you belong to only one organisation, this screen is skipped and your workspace opens straight away.

Switching organisation later

To switch to a different organisation, sign in again and pick the other organisation from the list. A quick in-workspace organisation switcher is part of the workspace settings work that is in development.

I don't see the organisation I expect

The list shows only organisations your account has been added to. If one is missing, ask that organisation's administrator to confirm you have been invited. See Creating an account.
