Creating an account
How access to Isolde is provisioned today — by invitation, not self-serve sign-up.
Accounts are set up by invitation
Isolde does not currently have a public sign-up form. You cannot create an account or an organisation yourself from the website. Instead:
- An organisation is created for your company as part of onboarding.
- People are added to that organisation by an administrator or during onboarding.
Once you have been added, you receive access to sign in with your email address. There is no password to set — Isolde confirms your identity with a one-time code sent to your email the first time you sign in (and again only once your sign-in has expired). See Signing in.
If you try to sign in and have no organisation
If you sign in successfully but your account has not yet been added to any organisation, you will see a message telling you to ask your administrator for an invitation. This is expected: it means authentication worked, but there is no workspace for you to enter yet. Contact the person who is setting up Isolde for your company.
Changing who has access
Adding, removing and managing team members from inside the workspace is in development. For now, membership changes are handled during onboarding and administration rather than self-serve in the app.
